Kindred Hospital Cleveland is a long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital that specializes in providing care for medically complex patients. We are part of a network that also includes Kindred Hospital Cleveland - Gateway. LTAC hospitals provide an acute hospital level of care to patients who require a long hospitalization. Patients we serve typically are ventilator-dependent, technology dependent (requiring services such as IV therapy or dialysis) or have medically complex conditions such as pulmonary disease, cardiac disease, pressure wounds or post-operative complications.
