The patients in the subacute unit at Kindred Hospital Cleveland have expressed strong satisfaction with the care they are receiving. According to a recent state survey, the patient responses placed this facility in the top 3% of surveyed Ohio facilities.
The Ohio Department of Aging contracts with an independent company to survey patients and residents in nursing homes and residential care facilities, asking them how satisfied they are with their care. Kindred Hospital’s satisfaction score for the subacute unit of 94.35% exceeded the state average of 85.85% for all Ohio nursing homes and ranks Kindred’s unit in the top 30 of 960 facilities surveyed!
